Perfectos!+++ Alt var perfekt. Ekstra pluss med stor TV med Netflix osv. passet bra på kveldene da vi reiste med barn. Eneste vi manglet på kjøkkenet var en skjærefjøl til brød. Kommer gjerne tilbake ved neste besøk til Kreta!

Besonderer Dank geht an die tolle Familie Katakis für unseren tollen Urlaub und die wunderbaren Geschenke. Katakis Villa, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Your landlord also keeps in touch with you online, he asks several times whether everything is really to your satisfaction. Yes, that is the case. For environmental reasons, I am happy to refrain from additional cleaning of the villa and a change of towels in the middle of the week. I feel at home right from the start. The pool, the garden, the wonderful terrace. As an aviation freak, this is also a great place for plane spotters. Don't be bothered by the occasional military jets that take off. Otherwise, it is quiet, beautiful sunrises, and undisturbed use of the pool and garden is guaranteed. The pool usage regulations stipulate that bathing suits must be worn in the pool... for whatever reason, the area is not visible. Be that as it may, the hosts - and yes, they are not landlords but hosts - ensure that your stay is an unforgettable experience with delicacies and other small gifts. Katakis Villas is an ideal location to explore the island, especially the western area and explore Crete. The beach of Elafonisi (and the drive is worth it) can be reached in 90 minutes via Kissamos. There is enough space for everyone. Is there anything I didn't like? Yes, unfortunately, I have to say it like that. The vacation and my wonderful stay at Katakis Villa was over far too quickly. Thank you to my hosts for giving me such a wonderful time at Katakis Villa. It was difficult for me to leave and travel back to cold, wet northern Europe. I'll be happy to come back if I can. Efaristo!!! Fünfzehn Minuten vom Chania Airport entfernt, erreichst du die Katakis Villas recht zügig. Alles ist bestens vorbereitet, der Schlüssel steckt außen und alles ist so wie es sein soll. Von Anfang an fühlst du dich wohl und es fehlt an nichts. Wenig später, ein herzliches WiIlkommensgeschenk, kretische Mandeln in Zartbitterschokolade, köstlich. Danke! Dein Vermieter hält auch online Kontakt zu dir, er erkundigt sich mehrmals, ob denn auch wirklich alles zu deiner Zufriedenheit ist. Ja dem ist so. Auf eine zusätzliche Reinigung der Villa und Handtuchwechsel zur Wochenmitte verzichte ich aus Umweltschutzgründen gerne. Ich fühle mich von Anfang an wie zuhause. Der Pool, der Garten, die wunderbare Terrasse. Als Aviation Freak ist das auch ein toller Ort für Planespotter. Von den gelegentlich abfliegenden Militärjets sollte man sich nicht stören lassen. Ansonsten ist es ruhig, herrliche Sonnenaufgänge, eine ungestörte Nutzung des Pools und des Gartens ist garantiert. Die Poolnutzungsordnung legt fest, dass im Pool Badekleidung zu tragen ist… warum auch immer, das Gelände ist nicht einsehbar. Wie dem auch sei, die Gastgeber – und ja es sind keine Vermieter sondern Gastgeber, sorgen mit Köstlichkeiten und anderen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, dass der Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wird. Die Katakis Villas sind ein idealer Ort um die Insel, vor allem den Westbereich zu erkunden und Kreta zu erkunden. Der Strand von Elafonisi (und die Anfahrt lohnt sich wirklich) ist via Kissamos in 90 Minuten erreichbar. Es ist genügend Platz für alle vorhanden. Gibt es etwas, was mir nicht gefallen hat? Ja leider, ich muss es so sagen. Der Urlaub und mein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in der Katakis Villa war viel zu schnell vorbei. Danke an meine Gastgeber, die mir eine so wunderbare Zeit in der Katakis Villa ermöglicht haben. Es ist mir schwer gefallen wieder abzureisen und in das nasskalte Nordeuropa zurückzureisen. Gerne komme ich wieder, wenn es mir möglich ist. Efaristo!!!

One of the best in the city for sure! Nice hosting and very very comfortable for a family. The villa is fully equipped and furnished! Best area to travel in crete. Thank you
